Hello My Name Is...

Mrs. Natalie Cantu

Mathematics Teacher

Subjects Taught
Math 7 and PreAP Math 7

I attended Texas A & M University and recieved a Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. I have always been very passionate about education, especially Math.

This is my fifth year teaching at Harlandale Middle School. I am currently one of the teachers assigned to 7th Grade Math and Pre-AP Math 7. Other than teaching in the classroom, I also sponsor the National Junior Honor Society.

I was born in San Antonio, Texas on October 31 and was raised on the south side. I graduated at the top 10% of my senior class.

I was awarded a four-year full paid scholarship to Texas A & M University making my college choice an easy one to make. I began as a business major but soon realized my love for math was more towards the education aspect versus business.

After graduating from TAMU as an education major I returned to San Antonio to begin teaching. I still live on the south side of San Antonio now joined with my husband and two daughters, Nevaeh and Skylar.
