Social Studies - 7

Welcome to Seventh Grade Texas History

"COME IN AND LEARN ABOUT TEXAS!" that is my motto.  Students will learn about the geography of Texas.  As the months go, the course will consist of the people, the events, and the years that make Texas the land it is today. We will be reading the history book. Students will also be writing notes to reinforce comprehension of the chapters. Activities will be done in each chapter. As the mid-term arrives, the students will do a project - it is a Texas History comic. We will be following the state's Texas History TEKS.  I look forward to teaching your child.
